This item is (1) burned 1000kva 4160V/460V G&W Electric Specialty Co. transformer. The transformer caught fire while in service and is damaged; however, the unit was not totally destroyed. PCB levels are 9ppm and oil has been removed. Some residual may exist. The serial number for this transformer is G854816M, as shown on the PCB test report.
